Totally recommend this beautiful sugarless cake made by Tiffany. Not only does it look stunning, it tastes just like real cake without the sugar overload. I have Gestational Diabetes and have been finding it hard to find a suitable cake that taste like real cake but doesnt increase my sugar level. This cake bt Tiffany does just that. After 2 large pieces, my sugar reading after 2 hrs is 5.7. Woohoo!

I had some lovely feedbacks about the cake you made yesterday. It tasted delicious as it looked. The Bday girl just loved it. She said it's so yummy mum. One of my niece, however, said it didn't taste like red velvet but more like cherry ripe. To be honest, I can't tell the difference as I'm not a big fan of red velvet. But overall, we all loved it. It’s a double surprise when we received the birthday cake for my 2 years old boy, not only the decoration or colour but also the greatest tasteful green tea.
